About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Gold Ornate Milestone Certificate gives employers, boards and clubs a classic way to honour years of loyalty. On CerShare it comes in the Onyx & Champagne colour scheme, with corner ornaments as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Instrument Serif with Inter Tight. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In grateful recognition of [Name]’s [25] years of loyal service to [Organisation], [Start year]–[Year].
For [Name], who has been part of our story since [Year]. Thank you for everything.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Years] years of service. You leave big shoes to fill.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Midnight Gold, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Instrument Serif and Inter Tight. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
