About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Ribbon Distinguished Service Award gives boards, foundations and award committees a formal way to honour years of loyalty. It is shown here in burgundy, with a ribbon, Castoro headings and Schibsted Grotesk for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years of service fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Service Navy or Forest Service colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
