If you need to honour years of loyalty, this Long Service Award does it with a formal layout that employers, boards and clubs will recognise straight away. Elsie Swash Caps sets the title and Spectral carries the details, with a ribbon rosette giving the page its character. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years of service and department fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Madder & Indigo or Pomegranate & Teal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Amiri.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
