About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Woodgrain Lifetime Membership Certificate gives boards, foundations and award committees a traditional way to honour years of loyalty. Look closely and you will notice a wood-grain texture and corner ornaments, set off by Libre Caslon Text lettering in burgundy. It works just as well as a membership certificate or a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name], on [10] years with us. Here’s to the next ten.
This certificate honours [Name] for Lifetime Membership: [Years] years of dedication and friendship.
Presented to [Name] on retirement, with thanks for a career that shaped [Organisation].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Libre Caslon Text and Instrument Sans. Prefer another look? Switch to the Mahogany & Brass or Walnut & Navy colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
