About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Chocolate Medal Long Service Award gives employers, boards and clubs a traditional way to honour years of loyalty. How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Amethysta and Source Sans 3. Prefer another look? Switch to the Steel Blue or Bottle Green colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
