Made with managers, HR teams and company leaders in mind, this Safety Milestone Certificate helps you honour years of loyalty without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Hi-Vis Orange, is one of three built into the design, with a geometric pattern at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the consecutive days without a lost-time incident, lost-time incidents and hours worked safely lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Safety Green or Steel Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Schibsted Grotesk and Barlow. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Beiruti.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
