About this template
Made with sales leaders, managers and HR teams in mind, this Sales Leader of the Quarter Award helps you recognise the people who keep a team going without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars and a badge, set off by Radio Canada lettering in steel blue. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
[Name], [Team]: Sales Leader of the Quarter. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the weekly sales ranking · team of 12, quarter revenue and orders won fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Teal and Coral, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
