Here is a fun way to recognise the people who keep a team going: the Jade Trophy Coffee Champion Award, a template that suits office teams that like a laugh. Coustard sets the title and Work Sans carries the details, with a trophy giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, cups brewed for the team and signature order and the signatures. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Espresso & Cream or Mocha Rose colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Coustard and Work Sans. Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
