Here is a contemporary way to recognise the people who keep a team going: the Emerald Banded Employee of the Week Certificate, a template that suits managers, HR teams and team leaders. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the week lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Electric Blue or Violet & Peach colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
