About this template
The Plum Badge Nurse of the Month Certificate is a contemporary Nurse of the Month Certificate template that managers, HR teams and team leaders use to recognise the people who keep a team going. Noto Sans sets the title and Lexend carries the details, with a badge giving the page its character. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name], [Team]: Nurse of the Month. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Rose, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
