Made with managers, HR teams and team leaders in mind, this Volunteer of the Month Certificate helps you recognise the people who keep a team going without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice hearts, set off by Nunito lettering in steel blue. Change a few words and it doubles as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
[Name], [Team]: Volunteer of the Month. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the hours given fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Nunito and Karla. The design comes with three colour schemes (Terracotta & Pine, Berry & Sage and Sky & Sunflower), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
