About this template
If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Spreadsheet Wizard Award does it with a fun layout that office teams that like a laugh will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Macro Plum, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Spreadsheet Wizard for always being the first to help.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the formulas untangled and pivot tables tamed fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ledger Green or Pivot Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Lilita One and Rethink Sans. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Kufam.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
