About this template
Here is a fun way to recognise the people who keep a team going: the Rose Starry Promotion Certificate, a template that suits primary schools and teachers. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars and pennant flags, set off by Bungee Inline lettering in rose. Children can read it themselves: the name is big and the words are friendly.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Promotion Certificate for always being the first to help.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Colours are yours to change: try Toy Box, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Bungee Inline and Figtree. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white card of about 220 gsm makes the colours pop and stands up to small hands. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
