About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Ocean Blue Geometric Sales Academy Completion Certificate gives sales leaders and customer success teams a clean way to recognise the people who keep a team going. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Sales Academy Completion for always being the first to help.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the modules completed fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Coach Green or Charcoal & Teal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
