About this template
The Burgundy Rosette Employee of the Month Certificate is a crisp Employee of the Month Certificate template that managers, HR teams and team leaders use to recognise the people who keep a team going. On CerShare it comes in the Oxblood & Gold colour scheme, with a ribbon rosette as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Rufina with Lato.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Gold, Oxblood & Gold and Forest & Brass), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
