About this template
Office managers, team leaders and party planners reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a clean Spreadsheet Wizard Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Rajdhani sets the title and Hanken Grotesk carries the details, with scattered stars giving the page its character. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Spreadsheet Wizard for always being the first to help.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the formulas written, lookups rescued and errors left behind lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Midnight Grid or Forest Ledger colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Kufi Arabic.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
