Made with care providers, counsellors and support services in mind, this Carer of the Year Award helps you recognise the people who keep a team going without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Marigold & Navy, is one of three built into the design, with flowers at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name], [Team]: Carer of the Year. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the nominations, service area and years with us fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sunflower Field or Soft Lemon colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
