Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Teal Wave Sales Kickoff Award gives sales leaders and customer success teams a modern way to recognise the people who keep a team going. The colour scheme you see, Volt Green, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Colours are yours to change: try Kickoff Red, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
