About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Black Banded E-learning Developer Certificate gives training academies, event hosts and L&D teams a contemporary way to close a course with something worth keeping. Prompt sets the title and Inter carries the details, with a bold band of colour giving the page its character. It works just as well as a professional certificate or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the E-learning Developer Course, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the E-learning Developer Course. Well done, and keep practising.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the E-learning Developer Course, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Prompt and Inter. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night & Teal, Navy & Lime and Aubergine & Coral), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
