About this template
Coaches, mentoring programmes and coaching schools reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a modern Mentoring Programme Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Olive & Plum, is one of three built into the design, with leaves and branches at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement or a professional certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing the Mentoring Programme Completion and putting new skills into practice from the very first session.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Mentoring Programme Completion, including all assignments and the final assessment.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Mentoring Programme Completion, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the mentor, duration and conversations fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Fern & Peach, Ocean & Sand and Olive & Plum), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Vazirmatn.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
