About this template
Workshop hosts, seminar organisers and webinar teams reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a contemporary Virtual Workshop Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. On CerShare it comes in the Teal & Amber colour scheme, with a mountain skyline as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Barlow with Inter. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has met all the requirements of the Virtual Workshop Attendance and is presented with this certificate of completion.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Virtual Workshop Attendance, including all assignments and the final assessment.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Virtual Workshop Attendance, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, time, format and facilitator and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Indigo & Mint or Ocean & Coral colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
