About this template
Made with teachers, subject leads and schools in mind, this French Language Award helps you name a winner and make it official without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Lavande, is one of three built into the design, with balloons and confetti at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a school certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name], winner of French Language Award, [Year].
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
Congratulations to [Name] on French Language Award. A well-deserved win.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Quando and Jost. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Bleu Marine or Citron Vert colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Mirza.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
