About this template

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, help desk ticket, raised by and issue and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Rokkitt and Space Grotesk. Prefer another look? Switch to the Help Desk or Night Shift colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
