About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Youth Expedition Award does it with a playful layout that youth groups, scouts and school programmes will recognise straight away. It is shown here in plum, with pennant flags, Freckle Face headings and Archivo for the smaller text. The big, friendly type is easy for young readers to recognise as their own.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, distance, total ascent and nights camped and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Freckle Face and Archivo. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Trail Orange or Fjord Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Print it on thick card (200–250 gsm) so it survives the fridge door. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
