About this template
Here is a formal way to name a winner and make it official: the Burgundy Seal Valedictorian Award, a template that suits schools, head teachers and form tutors. It is shown here in burgundy, with a round seal, Cormorant Upright headings and Instrument Sans for the smaller text. You will also find it under Graduation and School on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Name] on Valedictorian Award. A well-deserved win.
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Commencement Blue or Hunter Green colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
