About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Best Idea Award does it with a modern layout that sales leaders, managers and HR teams will recognise straight away. It is shown here in sunshine yellow, Parkinsans headings and Nunito for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, winning idea, ideas submitted and votes for this idea and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sticky Notes or Pastel Board colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Playpen Sans Arabic.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
