About this template
Use this modern Wellbeing Champion Award to name a winner and make it official. It suits managers, HR and people teams, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Lavender Calm, is one of three built into the design, with a sunburst at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sage Dawn or Sand and Sea colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
