About this template
Competition organisers, schools and clubs reach for designs like this one when they want to name a winner and make it official: a timeless Resilience Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in black, with flowing waves, Fanwood Text headings and Jost for the smaller text. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, studio and year and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Raku Black, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Fanwood Text and Jost. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
