About this template
The Burgundy Banded Manager of the Year Award is a classic Manager of the Year Award template that managers, HR teams and company leaders use to name a winner and make it official. With a bold band of colour and Lustria headings, it has a traditional feel, while the Claret Marble palette keeps the colours fresh. You will also find it under Employee of the Month on CerShare.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Bank Green or Navy Stone colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
