About this template
Use this modern Collaboration Award to name a winner and make it official. It suits managers, HR and people teams, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Teal and Mustard, is one of three built into the design. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Winner of Collaboration Award: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Denim and Coral, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Rubik.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
