Here is a formal way to name a winner and make it official: the Steel Blue Geometric Leadership Award, a template that suits managers, HR teams and company leaders. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, annual staff awards and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ink & Vermilion or Plum & Ochre colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
