About this template
The Navy Orbit Rising Star Award is a modern Rising Star Award template that managers, HR and people teams use to name a winner and make it official. On CerShare it comes in the Deep Teal Night colour scheme, with planets and orbits as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Vina Sans with Plus Jakarta Sans. It works just as well as a staff award or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Vina Sans and Plus Jakarta Sans. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night Launch, Aubergine Sky and Deep Teal Night), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
