About this template
The Sky Blue Sunburst Volunteer Appreciation Certificate is a contemporary Volunteer Appreciation Certificate template that organisations, schools and teams of every kind use to put a thank-you in writing. Catamaran sets the title and Plus Jakarta Sans carries the details, with a sunburst giving the page its character. You will also find it under Volunteering on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
Thank you, [Name], for always going the extra mile. We could not have done it without you.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hours given in 2026 lines. Colours are yours to change: try Sunrise, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
