Made with employers, HR teams and colleagues in mind, this Farewell Appreciation Certificate helps you put a thank-you in writing without starting from a blank page. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Thank you, [Name], for always going the extra mile. We could not have done it without you.

Presented to [Name] in recognition of a contribution that will be remembered long after [Event].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Blush & Burgundy or Lavender & Plum colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Scheherazade New.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
