Organisations, schools and teams of every kind reach for designs like this one when they want to put a thank-you in writing: a contemporary Staff Appreciation Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice hearts and a geometric pattern, set off by Commissioner lettering in slate grey. It works just as well as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Coral, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
