About this template
If you need to put a thank-you in writing, this Peer Reviewer Recognition Certificate does it with a timeless layout that research institutes, labs and science competitions will recognise straight away. With Source Serif 4 headings, it has a classic feel, while the Forest Review palette keeps the colours fresh. You will also find it under Employee of the Month and Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the reviews, turnaround and field lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Journal Ink, Oxford Blue and Forest Review), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
