About this template
Made with retailers, warehouses and frontline managers in mind, this Loyal Customer Certificate helps you put a thank-you in writing without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice a ribbon and scattered stars, set off by Passion One lettering in charcoal grey. You will also find it under Employee of the Month and Membership on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Thank you, [Name], for always going the extra mile. We could not have done it without you.
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of a contribution that will be remembered long after [Event].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, loyalty card, customer since and visits this year and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Terracotta, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Baloo Bhaijaan 2.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
