Made with conference organisers and event teams in mind, this Sponsor Appreciation Certificate helps you put a thank-you in writing without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in mint, with a round seal, Schibsted Grotesk headings and Libre Franklin for the smaller text. You will also find it under Participation & Attendance on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
This certificate of appreciation is presented to [Name] for outstanding support and dedication.
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the partner since and supported lines. Colours are yours to change: try Navy & Gold, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Schibsted Grotesk and Libre Franklin. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
