About this template
Here is a clean way to celebrate a goal that has been reached: the Burgundy Sunburst Blank Certificate, a template that suits anyone who needs a certificate. The colour scheme you see, Burgundy & Brass, is one of three built into the design, with a sunburst at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name], whose hard work turned an ambitious goal into a result we can all be proud of.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding achievement in [Area] during [Year].
Presented with pride to [Name] for Blank Certificate Template, from everyone at [Organisation].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ink & Champagne or Jade & Gold colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
