About this template
Here is a contemporary way to celebrate a goal that has been reached: the Jade Bordered Karate Belt Certificate, a template that suits martial-arts clubs, dojos and instructors. It is shown here in jade, with a fine border, Dela Gothic One headings and Hind for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
For [Name], whose hard work turned an ambitious goal into a result we can all be proud of.
Presented with pride to [Name] for Karate Belt Certificate, from everyone at [Organisation].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Dojo Red or Rice Paper colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
