Suggested wording

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the inspection score and rooms prepared lines. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sage Door or Powder Blue Door colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Lustria and Nunito Sans. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
