Made with emergency services, public bodies and civic volunteers in mind, this Public Service Excellence Award helps you celebrate a goal that has been reached without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in brick red, with a crown, Archivo headings and Spectral for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Civic Blue & Gold or Evergreen colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
