About this template
Tech teams, coding schools and hackathon organisers reach for designs like this one when they want to celebrate a goal that has been reached: a modern IT Support Excellence Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Rajdhani sets the title and Rubik carries the details, with chart lines giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
Presented with pride to [Name] for IT Support Excellence, from everyone at [Organisation].
This certificate recognises [Name] for IT Support Excellence: exceptional effort, and an even better outcome.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the tickets resolved, satisfaction score and average first response fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ops Navy, Teal Desk and Crimson), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Rajdhani and Rubik. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
