Hospitals, clinics and nursing schools reach for designs like this one when they want to celebrate a goal that has been reached: a classic Nursing Excellence Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Petrona sets the title and Mulish carries the details, with a flame giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With congratulations to [Name] for reaching [Milestone], a first for [Organisation].
In recognition of [Name]’s achievement on [Date]. Proof that persistence pays off.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Petrona and Mulish. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night Shift, Deep Teal and Plum Night), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
