About this template

Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for outstanding volunteer service at [Event], [Date].
Presented to [Name] for giving time, energy and kindness to [Cause].
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for [120] hours of volunteering at [Organisation] in [Year].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, volunteer hours and seasons and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Garden Green, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
