Care providers, counsellors and support services reach for designs like this one when they want to thank volunteers for their time: a contemporary Hospice Volunteer Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Sofia Sans sets the title and Source Serif 4 carries the details, with a sunburst giving the page its character. It works just as well as a training certificate or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, volunteer role, volunteering since and hours given and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Morning Linen, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
