About this template
The Ocean Blue Heart Volunteer Appreciation Certificate is a formal Volunteer Appreciation Certificate template that charities and volunteer coordinators use to thank volunteers for their time. The colour scheme you see, Lagoon, is one of three built into the design, with hearts at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In appreciation of [Name], who helped [Number] people through [Programme].
Presented with gratitude to [Name] by everyone at [Organisation].
Presented to [Name] for giving time, energy and kindness to [Cause].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the hours given lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sunset, Lagoon and Berry), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Courgette and Mulish. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
