About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Crimson Chart Blood Donor Appreciation Certificate gives hospitals, clinics and nursing schools a clean way to thank volunteers for their time. The colour scheme you see, Ruby & Navy, is one of three built into the design, with chart lines at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for outstanding volunteer service at [Event], [Date].
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for [120] hours of volunteering at [Organisation] in [Year].
Presented to [Name] for giving time, energy and kindness to [Cause].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the donations, blood group and donor since fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Albert Sans and Lato. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Crimson or Berry Red colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lalezar.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
