About this template
Hospitals, clinics and nursing schools reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a classic CME Credits Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice a bold band of colour, set off by Merriweather lettering in burgundy.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has successfully completed CME Credits and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
[Name] has completed CME Credits. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
For completing CME Credits: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the credits awarded, CME credits and total lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Clinical Blue, Teal Journal and Claret), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
