About this template
The Burgundy Chart CPD Hours Record is a contemporary CPD Hours Record template that CPD providers, professional bodies and L&D teams use to record training that has been completed. Suggested wording

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the record period, profession and learner ID lines. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ink & Teal or Green & Copper colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
